Credit or Debit Card will charge the card you provide on the next page.Bank Account (ACH debit) will deduct the payment from the bank account you select on the next page.Select the payment type you wish to use and follow the prompts.On the Endorsement/Fee Overview page, review the fees and click Next.Review the Trade Names, you can add or cancel names here, and then click Next.If applicable, on the City License Endorsement page, review the information and complete the required fields.If you have state endorsements to renew, complete all requested information for each endorsement and click Next to continue.

If applicable, update the required fields, and then click Next. If required information is missing, you will see a warning message.
